Overview

Tennants GmbH is part of the Tennants Group of companies which has its Headquarters in London, England.

All group companies are owned by the ultimate holding company, Tennants Consolidated Limited (TCL) which is privately owned. Tennants Distribution Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of TCL is the sole shareholder in Tennants GmbH. Tennants GmbH is a distribution company selling chemical specialities mainly into the polymer processing markets. These markets also include surface coatings and inks, plastics, adhesives, textile and paper production.
